July 2014 NWSCT Newsletter

The NWSCT is on summer break from monthly meetings.  We start up again in October and will plan to hold midday meetings on the second Tuesday of the month from October - April. There is still plenty happening at NWSCT:

• We have formed a Scholarship Committee, headed by Mike Bauer, to establish individual scholarships from the NWSCT.  We will roll this out in 2015.
• We held our Spring Golf Outing at Troy Burne in Hudson, WI.  This included golf on a great course, dinner and prizes. Pictures from this event will be posted on our website. Thanks to Brian Mader for chairing this event.
• We created a Silent Auction for our Spring Golf Outing to generate funds for the NWSCT Scholarship.  Thanks to all of the companies that donated, including Aveda, George C Brandt, Ceramic Industrial, Consolidated Container. Emco and GMZ.
• We have a Fall Golf Outing Scheduled for Thursday, September 11th at Oak Glen in Stillwater.  Please mark your calendars for this event.

Treasurer - Eric Scholl
