This month's meeting was held on Tuesday, March 12th at the 3M Innovation Center.  It featured two technical talks followed by a tour of the 3M Innovation Center.  Jeff Danneman (Reichold Chemical) presented on "Alkyd Emulsions, a New Class of Low VOC Polymers" and Lesbia Giron (3M) presented on the "Impact of properties on Coatings formulated with Ceramic Microspheres."
 
The final technical meeting for the 2012-2013 year will be our Annual Education Symposium which will be held on Tuesday, April 16th at Valspar (1028 South 3rd St, Minneapolis).  We will be hosting students and faculty from the Coatings and Polymeric Materials program at NDSU.  Dr. Webster from NDSU will be presenting his Mattiello lecture from the Coatings Show in Chicago.
