NWSCT November Meeting Announcement

The NWSCT October meeting was held at Graco Inc. in Minneapolis and included a review of fluid delivery systems and a tour of the Graco manufacturing facility. Thanks to Graco for being such great hosts for our meeting. Michelle Striggow presented on behalf of Graco and we had 30 people in attendance for the meeting, which included lunch. We had 17 new members of NWSCT announced.

Our November meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 12th at Cortec in White Bear, MN and will feature a guest speaker from Ineos. The November speaker is Joel Gummeson, Technical Service Manager of Ineos. He is a graduate of UW-Parkside with a degree in Chemistry and has completed graduate studies at the Milwaukee School of Engineering. Joel will present on "Melamine Crosslinked Acrylic Coatings for Low Temperature Cure".

Our schedule will be as follows:

• Location: Cortec Corporation (4119 White Bear Parkway; White Bear Lake, MN)
• 10:30 am: Board Meeting
• 11:30 am: General Meeting (including presentation from Ineos and lunch)
• 1:30 pm: Adjourn

The cost for the meeting is $15 for members and $20 for non-members if registration is made by Friday, November 8th ($20/$25 if registering later). Keep in mind that our meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month from October through April. Additional meetings will be held on December 10th, January 14th, February 11th, March 11th, and April 15th.
